Stubborn

Just feel stubborn nowadays become popular used. I was Stubborn previously, now a bit better than last time (hehe abit ler). If you know me well, u knows me. Stubborn doesn’t help much and it just make others dont like you more. Why Stubborn? For me is "Maruah" or don’t want lose to others party or strengthen own decision.

Last time I use to be like tat, that why i can share with you all. But now maybe a lot thing has changed my behaviour or attitude. GF? Jobs or friend? Thank for all that help me make this changes. I hope I can improve more in future.

My advice: Don't be Stubborn.

Motivation

I feel that a lot of my friend is motivation themselves. Why so? It is because everyone also feels bored in their working place or personal problem? The like to motivate themselves like below:-

1) Screw It, Let Do It!
2) I can do it… I can do it…
3) No Pain No Gain
4) Life is Wonderful
5) Etc

For me all the de-motivation is come from money. Maybe I am wrong, but I just feel it. For example, why u working? Because of money right? How to give family the best? Find more money and give them the best (study, house, and car). When you desperate to have it and you can’t find you, you might become de-motivation.

So what is the conclusion? No money no talk. I know maybe you not agreed with me but somehow maybe u will face sooner or later.

I am Back

Hi all, nothing special just have a feel to write blog. I did have long time never write blog liao since i think management in my new company was change. I did experience alot thing in this few month. Busy with my New job, Study and my part time jobs. I think it should be ok after this June mid. It because I will graduate (if i pass the subject). I never tot of really can graduate my Master. Haha sure u will ask, how about PhD or Docterate ? ermmm dont know ler... let my financial ok 1st lor...

Last time in my secondary school, everyone are thinking of naughty kok (my nick). Cause I quite naughty and like to "kacau" people. When my friend are hearing I am taking my Master... there shock and ask... Are you sure? hahaha dont know ler... maybe I just that to upgrade myself. In the course of my Master, I learn alot example, alot ler dont know how to said. I would like here to thank my GF who always support me when I am lazy (playing games). she is very caring and good. So... Thank again.

I think I would stop here... Going taking bath after cleaning whole house (GF not in home, so no choice lor, clean my self). Bye and will see you again.

Frog

There once was a bunch of tiny frogs,who arranged a running competition. The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower.

A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants...
The race began...Honestly...No one in the crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower.

You heard statements such as:
"Oh, WAY too difficult!!!" They will NEVER make it to the top!!!"
"Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!!!"

The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one...Except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher...

The crowd continued to yell, "It is too difficult!!!
No one will make it!!!"

More tiny frogs got tired and gave up...But ONE continued higher and higher and higher... This one wouldn't give up!!!

At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!

THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it?
A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal?
It turned out...That the winner was DEAF!!!

The wisdom of this story is:
NEVER listen to other people's tendencies to be negative or pessimistic...

Because they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you...the ones you have in your heart!!!

Always think of the power words have. Because everything you hear and read will affect your actions!!!

Therefore:
1) ALWAYS be...POSITIVE!!!
2) Be DEAF when people tell YOU that you cannot fulfill your dreams!!!
3) Always think:
- God and I can do this!!!
- Don't tell GOD how Big your storm is. Tell the storm how Big your GOD is!

No Pain, No Gain

Here, I feel sorry to said that I cant continue to write my blog right now... This because I am too busy with working, studying and learning. It really hard for me to focus so many thing. Since the study is in half way and I estimated about 2006 June will completed. So piority still in study. Hope to get a MBA (not Married and Available but Master in Business Administration) because it is a dream for me to get a Master to let my father/mother a proud and let they know that they having a educated (cheh, lol) . Attitude Just Simple

Do you realize why it is so important? hahaha As I mention in the previous Blog that I wrote, Attitude include a few attribute, One of then is Strong Mindset or it can said having a positive thinking/mindset. Positive thinking is a SKILL. Do you agree? If you think positively you will do positively, but if you thinking negatively you will do it negatively. Let we discuss by using this example of having a Dating with girl.

Case: You invite a girl who you admire to having a dinner, but she reject because she said he got something to do.

Positive thinking
- You will think is fine and will try on next date with her

Negative thinking
- You will she are avoiding from you and she don’t like you

What do you think? The negative thinking is totally making the situation out of scope and it will not make other date with the girl. It over Emphasis the situation and make a wild guess. You should not think negatively. Even a guess, we should make a positive guess.

Why I wanna discuss Attitude issue again and again? Because I realize a lot peoples are really don’t know how to think positively on the problem they face. I am not saying that I am good, but at least I will think positively for every problem I face. I hope everyone will have a positive thinking in their life.

Begin in Any Business...

In any type of business, Before you begin into the business or already in the business you should :-
1st thing is you must know the business well... am I right? If you know nothing about the business how to start with the business? This is a process that everyone need to pass through or need to face it. Take a example, How many year u take to complete your Diploma/Degree? I think the shortest also need 1 years (or at least u buy it :p). Same to the business you need knowledge to growth and to start off any business. When you started the company, What is the thing you need to do ? Hehehe i know is find a shop and do renovation and hired peoples. Do you ever think about the expenses? How to cover up the expenses in the business? The answer is Sales! The sales are 1 of the item that very important to generate income and cover up the company expenses.

Every company do will facing the same problem when doing sales, that is- Competitor (other business that doing same thing like us)

Take it as challenge don’t thing it as problem, you will do it quite interesting. When There is challenge, you gain more experience from the challenge. If you think everything is a Problem... then you life will be more suffer. Take it as challenge ! Can you ensure that a business never face a challenge or Failure ? The answer is NO ! Failure is can be easily like Losing a Conract, Losing so projects or other thing. Even though u success to get the contract, can u make sure the contract can be last forever? If you never facing failure, how u explain the feeling about failure to other? Every Entrepreneur who success have there story behid (talk about the failure story, right?)

As a Innnovation Entrepreneur this are the attitude should have:-
- Accepted Any Challenge
- Never scare of Failure
- Take Failure as Improvement
- Strong in mindset
- No easily change his objective

Help You Help Me

A Friend of mine is forwarding a good and meaningful stoty to me. I want to share it with you all. Sometime dont be too self fish for certain thing. Be more generous and open and share with peoples. The following story really make u feel different.

Each year he entered his corn in the state fair where it won a blueribbon. One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learned somethinginteresting about how he grew it.The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with hisneighbours.

"How can you afford to share your best seed corn with yourneighbours when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?" the reporter asked."Why sir," said the farmer, "didn't you know? Failure Is Nothing, Take It Easy

OMG, my last subject failed :( but I know why I failed, I think is because of not read so many books. I too addicted to Playing Games. Actually I am very clever one, just lazy hehehe. After the failure, I now will start reading more articles, journal and textbox. I reduce playing game after I do MBA and my part time job. The important message that i learn from the failure is "How much u do mean how much u gain". This was told by my lovely GF because to cheers me up, but I think is very true. If our effort to do something is 50%, our return will at range of 40%-60%. Logically we can’t expect good result while our effort just little. Do you agree? Some people tell me, maybe got luck? For me, definition for luck is only doing right thing at the right time. It simply can mean Good Timing. Does luck apply to everyone? Or it calls get easily? The answer is NO.

The failed is very meaningful to me either in my working or study. Failure is just like an experience to be success.

If first time failed, you should do harder,
If second time failed, you should do better,
If third time failed, you should rethink why u failed so many times? Don’t blindly do something; review why you do it wrong to get it success.

I wish all of my friend will understand the message that I want to pass. Failure is nothing, Albert Einstein try 100 times to get it work.

Right Choice

Hi again, sorry for long time never write blog. I am currently quite busy with my study and working. In This Post, I would like to talk about Choices. Do you think what you choose is wrong or right? Let use start with a Story:-

"One Upon a Time got a village that need to take water from the nearest river. Most people is taking water in the river but 1 of the farmer (farmer A) at the village try to build a well(perigi). Most of the peoples dont want to build the well because the river have water and it is easily get from there and there also asking "Why bother to do a well for water?". Farmer A did not care about other opinion and build the well. Day by day, week by week, month by month, Farmer A is always scolding and laughing by other people why he so stupid. After a year finally the well is finishing build. Those people didn’t realize anything happening. Farmer A is taking his water at well and the rest people taking from river.

One day, the village is facing Drought Disaster, no rainfalls and the river is dried up and no more water from river. People in the villages now are suffering except Farmer A"

The Moral behind the Story,
1) Do prepare something before it is too late.
2) Think for future rather than think current.
3) Be farmer A, don’t be other resident in the village.
4) Apply the theories in your lifestyle, work, study or etc that u feel comfortable with.
5) Lastly, Remember search a good place for you Well, Dont search for no water place :p

Hard become more hard

When u think hard... it going be very hard.

Nothing is easy and nothing is free. Going back to my small small time when study. I wish to get Number 1 in my class. Every time I study and go to exam, sure I can’t get number 1 and I blame is hard to get and I think not enough intelligent. At working place, I always find out it is a lot problem I cant solved and it is out of my expertise. I tell my self, I do what I can do but I still can’t do. What can do?

One day, when I am facing problem and because it already used to be so I just tell to my lovely girl friend. My lovely GF said “Everything is hard, nothing is easy, and if easy then nobody will do work”. The statements suddenly appear and process in my mind. Huh! This really meaningful to me and I think I been wake up from this statement. Everything is Hard… if failed don’t blame other… blame ourselves do not enough or not enough effort.

Start from the day, I working hard to make my dream come true. The word is very deeply affected me in my life. I hope you all also same as me, don’t think everything is hard. Be strong and believe in nothing is impossible. Thank and hope u can get some hint in this blog.

Dream will come true

A dream for me is imagination or ambition. Imagination normally is like:
“Wah, the House so beautiful, I wish to have 1 (7 story house)”
“I wish to have mercedes maybach (RM 7mil++)”

This is those I mean imagination. I have a lot dream that I wanna go for it but how? It is difficult right? But I believe if work hardon it sure u can do it. For example, remember back I am in 1999. I am working in Fuji Xerox Company (beside is SCS building, IT company) when I am study my diploma. While I am working in Fuji Xerox I always look at SCS building (quite big) and dream about to go in become programmer or engineer. I tell my self I want to going in and work. Then I point to my noise and say “how big, how big. Sand crab sand crab”(几大就几大，沙蟹就沙蟹). I work hard and study hard. Finally i graduated.
My 1st work = pudu with salary RM1300 (minus epf = RM1100+)
My 2nd word = subang2 with salary RM1550 (minus epf =RM1300+) 2year (about RM2k)
My 3rd work =??? What do you think? It SCS!!! My dream comes true.

Let me tell you what going on. I not even Post or Send any resume to SCS and give any call to the company (as i remembered). Suddenly SCS calling me and asking for interview. I am shock and nearly fainted. I go for Interviewed and I success get into the job and I still happily working in SCS. But I still having a lot dream like having a big house and good car, lot money, a lot girl (opss can be mother, maid and wife right ? hehe), no need work and no need care about money. I still neeed work hard to archive it.

The Moral behind Story:
1) Dream actually can be archive
2) Don’t only dream, go work for it. You can same with me.
3) Failed it just a started for new opportunities
4) If u failed, don’t blame on people, try to review yourself “do you really work hard on that?”

Lastly, I have a message wanna give u all, Work Hard and Work Smart. Find a better way to work. Don’t just blindly work; find a right way to work. You will success. Believe Me and Trust Me.

New Year New Hope

New Year Coming... New Hope Appearing...
Something unexpected thing happen to me. I have done some part time job about mass marketing. Do you know why I do part time job? Let me tell you my entire story.

My Problem:-
1) I currently “feel” money not enough (future planning)
2) Searching Freedom of my life (wanna play more game)
3) Going to fly around the world

Everybody have dream and wanted to live happily and comfortable, this including me. To archive this dream what we need to do? (“Need to do something” Ah bun mother say 1 not me) Actually it very depend on ourselves whether we need do it or not. Everything is on our hand and if u really does it… u can archive it. I like to watch Mission Impossible because I think it is true, in this world nothing is impossible.

The problem that I list is not actually a problem. Do you agreed with me? This is because it can solve by money. If I got a lot money I can solved it. “The problem is not considered is a problem when money can solve it”. What I can do now is either do more Overtime, waiting for increment, playing with share market, change job or what? Those Options is not good and not suitable for me.

Overtime = No much Overtime right now
Increment = Hoping (or Dream)
Share = Scare lose
Change Job = Market bad and don’t want like a frog jump and jump

At Last I have decided to do some part time job and do together with my friend. We planned a lot thing to archive the successes of our job. I don’t know when I can archive it or not, but sure if I continue with it and work together with my entire fellow friend, I believe I can archive something in next few Year. Bad Year Go, New Year Come

Dear My Friend,

Sad t0 hear that this year have alot new happen. Such as Latest Tragedy Tsunami/Earthquake, my GF's uncle pass away, friend's got sick(denggi), some friend's friend pass aways, Lossing 2 HPs and i got Sick also. Maybe i think for me is "Monkey" year (Fan Tai Sui). Alot sad thing happening to me but i cant do much thing to it. I have buy some food for Tsunami survivor and will send to charity centre. If i am Milionaire, i will be donate more and more money. So i think this might be a bad year for us of all not only on me. Let's Pray for those who pass away and try to help to those who needed.

Back to new year 2005, Alot thing i wish to do and wish to get... Eh My friend who read, My Birthday is near... so buy something for me hor... New Year Wish :
1) Get Good Result for my Study (same as my GF)
2) Wish My GF, GF Family, My Family, my friend and all of people in Earth Healthy... opss include me.
3) Saving alot money for my New House
4) Hope my New House can finish
5) and more... still dont know :)

Forget about sad thing and start with the new year that will come. Be Steady and Standby for any challenge that u all facing. Dont give up ! Hope is on our hand not on faith. But pray more for more luck kekeke. Lastly hope u all have a Very Nice New Year !

My Company Sports Club have having a Xmas Party in Office. It organize by Me and Keen Hooi and Supported by my Good Good Collugues. We have decorated our company very beautiful (thank to Deco Team) and preparing a nice food such as
1) Delicious Turkey
2) Popular Pohpia (best in KL and PJ)
3) Red Wine
4) Sparking, softdrink
5) Martel (dont play play2 Keen Hooi Sponsor 1, but not drink. lol)
6) Fruit

The party very successfully and is time for exchange gift. Yahooo ! Guess what, i get a Table Lamp from my Collugue Yuyu. It nice and beautiful. Thank again. Some unlucky people getting "Chocolate" and one of my friend in other company getting "Biskut"(remco) WTF ? lol

Time to 25th December ! Xmas Xmas Santa Claus come to my Room ? ohhh no just kidding. Me and my lovely GF going to Jeff and Sky Wu Concert. Jeff and Sky Wu is very near to us and they sing well. Jeff dancing like .... errmmmm dont know how to say, hehehe. The Concert full of peoples. After concert i go Back home and sleep.

Balik Kampung

Yesterday, My girl friend suddenly tell me :

My Gf : You so long never go back, dont want go back meh ?
Me : Want but... go back 1 people very boring
My Gf : I teman u back ler
Me : Really ? muack muack

Actually, I already 3-4 months not goign back to hometown. This is because i got study (actualy is just a reason not going back), The best thing going back to hometown is :
1) Can Chat with Papa and Mama
2) Can eat alot fresh seafood and best food
3) Good Padi field view and nice environment

Other than that, i think alittle bit bored in there because no entertaiment at all. I have inviting my friend to eat seafood but some say "My Friend son full Month wor, cannot go..." Nvm... haha.

I will try to go back to hometown freq because as i told you "I am good guy, son, bf and etc". Friday must the day to enjoy and relax. So Cheer and Have a nice weekend to my dear friend :)

P/s : Sekinchan Seafood is Fresh, Nice and Cheap ! is a 5 Star* recomended Place !

Lesson in Buying Item

Here is the tips or hints for you all before buying item:
1) Dont pay money until u get what u want.
2) Dont pay money until what try is working fine.

I have a good example for you all. It real life and very scary....

At 13 December, my house mate saying he booking a computer with RM400. WOW this great and i ask him.
Johntim: Wah so cheap ah ? can use or not...
Housemate: It cheap and really good, i brought it from a sexy and beautiful China girls
Johntim: Wow... that nice...

As normal days i playing game and my housemate is dreaming of his super computer...
The other days 14 December of 2004 about 8pm my housemate bek from working with his mother and father. He requested me to help him get the computer from the China girl. Emmm i faster accept it because i want to c the China ladies it is so sexy as my housemate said. then we go in lift and press "15" floor. Sound "Ting" arriving 15 floor. My housemate rushing and take out the phone and phone the China Ladies.
Housemate: "Arlo.... I infront of your house, can u open the door" (with softty sound)

The girl open the door, and i faster look at the girl... and i saying in my heart "Yiuuuu" . U know what i mean? We go in and look and the computer and straight away m housemate pay money before he look carefully the super computer. He bring out of house and Reliase "Alamak" this is not what i wanted ... he talk to the China girl for quite long time "@#$%%^^&&"

After talking ... cant do anything 1st because the computer is not China girl 1. No choice, me and him go back with tear on his eye (rolling in her eye) i can c it. After go back home, his father mother "terus" ask... ehh this is not that what u say... "Bla bla bla". With angry emotion he call up the girl and screw up the girl... if u not give me what i want i will cancel the transaction. Wow really angry. China scare and straight away say "dont angry ler macho guy... i give u 1 nite lor" opss this not included just i imagine hehe. The China girl counter offer by reduce price for him and he happy accepted the counter offer.

my GF in house never speak anything when we come back. just "geleng2 kepala". Hehehe

This long story telling us, before purchasing, check and see 1st before u purchase. This time luckyly my Housemate is Sales and Marketing Manager. If not it already cheated by the China girl.

Girl In My Life...

Yoo What Up !

After Game in my life... now is the turn to talk about my GF... ok let me tell you actually hor... my 1st GF is at Form 1 lor... she is beautiful but hor very "Hua Xin" so I "Pit" her lor... and then hor at my Form 4 I again fall in love in 1 girl who very nice and pretty... I think she is the most prettier girl i been see in my life (when i 1996 form 4 ok ?). we starting PAK TOH until 1 days hor... she tell me... she : My mum dont allow us to PAK TOH... oh my GOD ! i trying to save this situation... drag drag drag... 3 month pass liao... but at 1998 about june tat time... my final exam for Pra Diploma. She sent me a Tape and ...... we break... i so sad and cry cry cry... Start from tat i promise my self Not to PAK TOH when i was not working...

Lastly... mana tau... when me at Diploma... i Terjumpa seorang perempuan yang baik, peramah, cute, "yin leong sok tak" and very lovely girl tertapi sangat kurus... we so friend until everybody thing we like BF & GF. never... as my promise... STUDY STUDY important. (dont ask me about the process... sceret)

Disebabkan sudah pun lama kita bersama and i am start working... some feel coming to me... (not feel berak) this is the time i need to do something "Need to do something" (ah bun mother). I pun tell them her lor... she not say something ... just smiling... (you all know what it mean lorr) then start loving each other until now... (dont say me so "Yok Ma") Sometime also will sckrew her also la... but this call "Hit is care of her and scold is love her"... am i right ?

1 more thing need to mention to those my friend... when u starting the love, be responsible and do what you can do... dont get hurt or hurt people. to build relationship betwen each other need to be long time... but if break just few minute. Some even loving each other cannot together because certain thing happen...
