Certified Wellness Planner

I extremely happy that I am finished the wellness courses and completed with merits. Although it is not an honours grade, but I feel Merit already enough for me to share out my knowledge.
I learn alot thing to keep we stay in a good condition. Stress Management, Exercise, Dieting and also Nutrition. We learn taking blood pressure, blood sugar, check free radical, calculate body fat, BMI and standards waist.

Remember my friend, Healthy is not enough… We aim for Wellness!
