A : Yes
Johntim : May I know my refund for the house?
A : Ok hold on...
Johntim : Ok
A : Ooo your cheque are ready, but...
Johntim : -.-", but wat...
A : The lawyer need to go DRR stamping
Johntim : Ok, when should I get the refund?
A : Should be next week as per lawyer said.
Johntim : Ok thank, I will call the lawyer !
So I wait for 3 years finally I get back my refund ! Thank gods, thank whoever who help me !
